EJ Johnson Reveals How He Maintains His 180-Pound Weight Loss

A whole new rich kid! In Rich Kids of Beverly Hills‘ season 4 premiere on Sunday, May 1, EJ Johnson reveals the workout routine that is helping him maintain his astonishing weight loss.

Us Weekly‘s exclusive preview clip shows Johnson, who underwent gastric sleeve surgery in August 2014, joining friend Drew McNamara for a workout session with trainer Cindy.

“I work out with Cindy at least four to five times a week,” the fashion-minded reality TV star tells the camera. As Johnson, 23, shakes his groove thing, McNamara quips, “Show them how you get that skinny, Jesus!”

“Do you want to know how much weight I lost?” Johnson asks his pal. “I just got weighed last week, so it’s kind of crazy. … Upwards of 180, I think. “Us exclusively revealed on April 1 that the Rich Kids star, who is NBA legendMagic Johnson‘s son, has landed his own E! spinoff called EJ and the City, which launches on June 19.

Rich Kids of Beverly Hills‘ fourth season premieres on E! on Sunday, May 1, at 10 p.m. ET.
