Big, Fatty, Fast Food Portions Driving Obesity Epidemic

In the U.S., waistlines seem to be expanding as rapidly as the number of fast food restaurants. According to UPI, a new study says fast food restaurants offer more things now than ever. But despite the vast number of choices, the calories, portion sizes, and sodium content overall have increased. Since 1986, researchers say the number of desserts and sides a customer can buy has increased by 226%.
